MOBILE VIDEO ALERT!! I shot this (my first Instant House Tour) while checking out the new development be@schermerhorn in Downtown Brooklyn.  The listing agent was nice enough to allow me and my customers to check out the penthouse, which isn’t on the market yet. It’s just over 1100 s/f, with windows on three sides and views of Manhattan and the Verrazano Bridge. Pretty awesome...
